Where do you ship to?
As of right now, I ship in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends greatly on how far you are from me (North Georgia), but typically 4-10 days.
Does each cookie come individually wrapped?
Yes! Each cookie comes individually wrapped and heat sealed for maximum freshness.
Returns
Do you do returns?
Sadly, because our products are perishable, we do not allow returns. If cookies come damaged despite my incredible efforts to package them safely, contact me for all refund requests.
What happens if my cookies are broken upon arrival?
My packing methods are well studies and perfected, but we all know sometimes mail services can throw boxes (even labeled fragile) around. If this unfortunate event happens with your product, please reach out to me so we can discuss our options!
How early in advance do I need to place a large order?
As soon as you can place it would be great! 1 month would be a good amount of time to allow me to complete your large order, but message me with any specific questions!
